Create a new user is a kernel-shell activity. Procedure:

Open a terminal login as root and enter the following commands:

1) # useradd -G audio, cdrom, video, games, cdrw, users, netdev, entropy, portage, plugdev, pulse -m new_user_name
where the option -G show all groups the new_username with the -m option creates the /home/new_user_name.
2) # passwd new_user_name
introducing the password for the new user

Delete a user is a kernel-shell activity too.

Delete an existing user. Enter the following commands: 1) # userdel user_name also delete the user's /home directory 2) rm -R /home/user_name/*
